The Customer Implementation Manager is responsible for the successful completion of global projects across all service lines for new and existing customers. He/ She will work with Sales, Operations, and the customer to coordinate and execute on projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they understand and are set up for success with the company’s services.

• Manage the implementation timeline of a new project with existing customers and ensure all milestones are met on time and within scope.

• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and adjust resources as necessary.

• Facilitate regular meetings with customers to provide status updates and resolve any issues.

• Identify potential risks or roadblocks during the implementation process and work proactively to mitigate them.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be bilingual : English/ French

• Must have a PMP certification or must obtained one in maximum 4 months after starting the role

• Excellent Knowledge of SKP , google platforms, smart sheet

• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Salesforce

• Must have an excellent knowledge of company’s services and products

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
