Job DescriptionBrook Street has partnered with an established organisation with an internationally recognised brand. The UK headquarters, based in Cardiff, is looking to hire Customer Service Administrators to join their team.We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional first-tier support to our diverse international clientele, ensuring consistent communication and efficient query resolution.Reporting StructureThis position reports directly to the Customer Service Operations Manager based in our Cardiff office, working as part of a small team.Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide premium-level support via multiple channels including telephone, email, and web platforms
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and empathetic responses to client inquiries
  • Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal experts
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights

  • Adherence to response time and resolution rate targets

Further Information

  • Monday – Friday with occasional overtime (paid at 1.5x) as required
  • Initial 3 month assignment from early February 2025
  • Full training provided on site
  • On-Site (Cardiff Gate) with free parking
  • Hybrid working offered once full training completed
