You will collaborate with commercial and supply chain colleagues and oversee a team working to make sure production planning meets business demand. We will look to you to ensure the business provides an undisrupted supply of coating products for our many customers and markets. This will involve you creating high-quality demand plans and delivering accurate forecasting.Job Responsibilities
- Translate Sales and Marketing plans into a Sales Demand Plan.
- Build monthly forecast using statistical tool & additional market information.
- Initiate, develop and manage projects to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support the deployment of all regional Demand Planning initiatives.
- Support the deployment of the integrated business planning process.
- Oversee regional Demand Management reviews.
- Participate in business initiatives designed to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Manage investigations into complaints related to customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or Science.
- Extensive experience in Demand Planning /Demand Management.
- APICS Certified within the last 2 years.
- Used to working with business systems, such as SAP, Excel & demand planning system.
