As part of our global team, you’ll be working with cutting-edge technologies and will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of new skills on the job.Customer Data Strategy & Insight Manager, you will:Create Customer Data Strategies to enable the delivery of personalised customer experiences across on and offline touchpointsIdentify how data & AI can be utilised to solve business problems and drive valueWork with Data Scientists and Analysts to generate insight that can define new ways to engage prospects, customers and consumersBe the conduit between business and data teams translating and guiding in both directionsEnsure that every initiative is measurable and value is communicatedJob Qualification:We are looking for experience in the following skills:Data Direct Marketing and/or Customer ServiceAn understanding of Martech and Adtech stacksKnowledge of analytical approaches for example; attribution, next best action, propensity modelling, segmentation, forecastingCustomer and Marketing Data StrategyDefining Customer strategiesDefining, operating and experimenting within Contact StrategiesSet yourself apart:Ability blend skills from the Data & AI with an understanding of how they will be implemented in the real world to generate business valueMastery of building Data Driven Customer StrategiesProven history working as a data profession in integrated Marketing, Commerce or Customer service teamsWhat’s in it for youAt Accenture in addition to a competitive basic salary, you will also have an extensive benefits package which includes xx days’ vacation per year, private medical insurance and 3 extra days leave per year for charitable work of your choice!
