Our client is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to join their team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment located near Malta, NY. If you excel in administrative tasks, have strong organizational and communication skills, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities of the Customer Account Coordinator will include:
- Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to improve order processing workflows and enhance the customer experience.
- Support the sales team by managing and organizing price lists, including updates for price adjustments throughout the year.
- Oversee the sales order process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while addressing potential material or quality issues proactively.
- Manage new customer onboarding by ensuring all agreements and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for their needs.
- Collect customer feedback through surveys and interactions, sharing insights to address customer needs and improve products.
- Serve as the initial contact for customer complaints, logging documentation through the quality system, and collaborating with the quality team for resolutions.
- Coordinate customer outreach efforts, including planning and distributing client appreciation items.
- Organize shipping methods with customers and freight forwarders, securing cost-effective quotes and ensuring timely transportation.
- Manage international shipping processes in compliance with regulations and trade laws.
- Create and maintain internal forms, process instructions, and training materials.
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining filing systems, processing checks, managing credit card transactions, invoicing, and more.
- Support ISO compliance by assisting with audits and ensuring adherence to standards across operations.
Job RequirementsQualifications of the Customer Account Coordinator:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven success in a customer service role (2+ years).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
