This Custodian role is with a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturer of residential heating components.
As a Custodian you will work with the lead Custodian on maintaining cleanliness of the production warehouse, employee restrooms and outside grounds.
Custodian Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize employee restrooms
- Sweep, Mop and sanitize the production floor
- Break down cardboard boxes and take to dumpster
- Dump all trash cans
- Maintain outdoor groundskeeping by picking up trash, pressure washing and pulling weeds.
You will be a great fit for this role if you are a reliable self-starter who can work well on your own.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
Custodian Qualifications:
- One year of previous custodian or janitorial experience
- Attention to detail while multitasking
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently throughout an 8 hour period
- Track record of punctuality and reliability in past positions
Pay: $20-$21.00 per hour
Location: South Seattle, WA – (Free parking, bus accessible for some)
