Custodial Technician| Janitor | Day Shift

Custodial Technician Job Duties:

• Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized facility.
• Perform drywall, painting, flooring, and other facility-related repairs.
• Monitor the facility’s surroundings, including parking areas, loading docks, and walkways, for necessary repairs.
• Handle other projects and duties as assigned.

You Will Be Successful If:

• You are reliable, motivated, and a self-starter who enjoys working independently.

Custodial Technician Requirements:

• 1 year of custodial experience.
• Proficient with hand/power tools.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and work comfortably at heights.
• Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, reach, twist, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to work weekends/overtime when needed.

Pay: $18.00 – $21.00/hr

Schedule: M-F 8AM-4:30PM
