The sheer volume of cases, and the constant possibility of major costs and resources being involved, can impact seriously on the operational performance of any of the parties involved.What is needed most in this situation is a service that can help process cases with maximum speed and efficiency and achieve the most satisfactory settlements possible. Weightmans’ Motor team is a market leader in this field offering a full service with dedicated teams dealing with fast track, multi track, fraud, credit hire, indemnity issues and representation at inquests and criminal prosecutions.We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal initially to assist but thereafter manage a caseload of credit hire cases.Main duties and responsibilities
The above is not intended to be exhaustive and you will be expected to perform other duties and have other responsibilities that fall within the wider remit of the role. As a Paralegal you will also ensure that you comply with the relevant Weightmans’ and client policies and procedures, and consistently work in accordance with our values.About YouYou will have previous experience as a Paralegal and a genuine and demonstrable interest in the above area of work.
