Our firm is a certified, Legal 500 firm specialising in claimant insurance. We are looking to appoint an experienced Credit Hire File Handler to the Bolton office. Excitingly, this firm offers fantastic fee earning potential on every billing to maximise earning potential.The Role

• Running a litigated caseload of credit hire files
• Handling caseload and files from start to finish
• Ownership of files valuing from fast to multi track
• Complex credit hire files and full litigation
• Issuing proceedings and court documents
• Collecting evidence and drafting witness statements

This is a reputable firm based across the Northwest and situated in Bolton, representing the claimant and liaising with national insurers. Fantastic progression into managerial roles, operational opportunities and great earning potential on billing bonus is available in this role.

As a Credit Hire File Handler, the ideal candidate would have experience at a firm in credit hire and handling a caseload.
