The successful candidate will be working with a friendly and supportive team and will have the opportunity to learn and develop their skills.The CompanyThis company is a well-known brand in the UK for its ability to provide replacement vehicles quickly, allowing drivers to get back on the road as soon as possible so they can continue earning a living. They operate a fleet of over 100 vehicles, most of which are less than a year old, fully serviced, valeted and receives a 40-point check before being sent to a driver as a replacement vehicle. This wide range of vehicles allows the company to offer like-for-like vehicle replacement with its large wide service network, is able provide its replacement vehicles within hours.The RoleThe Credit Hire Claims Handler will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally, using the online database to take the first notification of loss following a road traffic accident (RTA). The successful candidate will ensure all relevant documentation is obtained and checked before arranging a replacement vehicle, making the necessary enquiries with all parties involved in the RTA, including but not limited to calling witnesses, third parties, and insurance companies. They will schedule and coordinate replacement vehicle, repairs, and personal injury efficiently, monitor claims effectively and efficiently to ensure a maximum recovery of costs is possible and minimum disruption to the client, ensure that all clients are shown empathy and understanding in a stressful situation, provide exceptional customer service, guaranteeing client satisfaction and building strong relationships, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all liability enquiries.Key Responsibilities of the Credit Hire Claims Handler:

Required knowledge and experience for the Credit Hire Claims Handler role:
