OverviewCredit Controllers ensures that Gallagher IBA receive the money from businesses and customers who owe them. Their duties include handling credit assessments, negotiating payment plans and maintaining accurate financial records.Operating within the Insurer Broker Accounting department you will provide a quality credit control service, whilst adhering to Company Procedures. This role supports business growth goals by meeting stakeholder expectations and ensuring company funds are collected promptly.Credit Controllers focus on mitigating risks and maximising profits by ensuring credit issued by the company is paid in full and on time.Successful Credit Controllers are comfortable communicating clearly with both individuals’ debtors and company executives.Key departmental areas include cash posting and unallocated cash teams.
