All for the benefit of every patient.About the RoleIn this newly created role, you will craft and steer high-level creative strategies that solve business needs across Elsevier Health. You’ll think across Elsevier platforms and beyond, manage complex projects, and create tailored content across channels to drive marketing objectives. You will work with senior leadership to devise strategies and roadmaps, create processes, and establish best practices that drive operational excellence.You will work towards preserving a team culture of collaboration, teamwork, innovation, and inspiration—and foster positive internal and agency relationships. You’ll provide mentorship across a variety of creative disciplines, developing your direct reports’ skills and helping guide their growth and careers.Responsibilities

  • Defining and executing creative strategies for multiple advertisers and global brands, from initial concepts to campaign reporting.
  • Conceptualizing and designing innovative ad campaigns, ensuring alignment with creative briefs and objectives.
  • Collaborating with copywriters, designers, and producers to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Creating high-quality copy, content, and assets for digital and print campaigns across Elsevier’s platforms.
  • Designing artwork, graphics, and promotional materials for both digital and print mediums.
  • Leveraging data and strategic research to inform and develop campaign ideas.
  • Leading presentations and communicating ideas and concepts effectively.
  • Mentoring and managing the growth of team members, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Staying abreast of new tools, best practices, design trends, and website technology trends to identify new techniques and ensure optimal design.

Requirements

  • Have previous experience in creative roles at a senior level.
  • Have up-to-date expertise in creative design, best practices, and relevant tech/tools.
  • Be able to liaise with agencies, provide creative direction and effectively manage multiple stakeholders
  • Have previous experience in mentoring/coaching a team.
  • Have a ‘hands-on’ approach. Be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to create high-quality content and collaborating closely with the team.
  • Be skilled in planning and implementing change initiatives.
  • Have a passion for innovation and keep up to date with the latest market trends.
