Train stations & bus stops, gyms, restaurants and more.As a Barclays Cost Transformation – Insights Lead, you will be responsible for researching, generating, sharing best practices and in-depth insight on transformation, operations and finance, mainly focusing on banking and financial services. Utilising external and internal sources, a key requirement of the role is to leverage their specialist technical expertise to act as advisory for the business on best practices across multiple disciplines that can deliver customer and financial benefits.You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.Essential Criteria:Numerical or finance or transformation background/experience.All candidates must be very comfortable with numbers and analysis (Eg. Managing budget/financial forecasting/cost management/cost savings).Desirable Criteria:Insight / market analysis experienceExternal or Internal consulting experienceBenchmarking – data analysis experienceBarclays is required by law to confirm that you have the Legal Right to Work in any role that you apply for.
