They do not have the bureaucracy of larger firms, meaning they can make decisions quickly and are agile when it comes to the way the firm is run.The roleThe firm is seeking to hire a Corporate Senior Associate / Partner to join the firm’s office based in the heart of the West End of London.You will deal with a high-quality caseload for the firm’s affluent client base. You will work across a variety of sectors with particular focus on media, entertainment and digital technology. Just recently the team acted on an acquisition for one of the world’s largest music publishing catalogues for a US based rights company, including advice on the UK aspects and co-ordinating the European work. As well as the sale of the archive of an iconic music TV show.

This role comes with good prospects for career progression and development. Which could include a partnership with the right candidate.Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding PQE)
• You should have experience in business development and building professional relationships resulting in you generating business
• Salary is highly competitive, you will also receive a lucrative bonus structure which is a % of billings. You will also receive an industry-leading benefits package.
