Learn more about what sets us apart .About The RoleCorporate Marketing and IC Manager – 1 Year FTCKnight Frank is looking to hire a Corporate Marketing & Internal Communications Manage on a 1 Year FTC to support delivery of a consistent, strategic, and high-quality brand presence across the firm’s core corporate channels and Group internal communications.Role:The Corporate Marketing & Internal Communications Manager will collaborate closely with the brand team, ESG and people teams, supporting the Internal Comms BP, Corporate and Corporate Marketing, to deliver joined-up campaigns and content that enhance reputation, engagement, and alignment across global audiences. Blending corporate marketing with internal communications, they will work in close partnership with both the Internal Comms BP, Corporate and the Head of Corporate Marketing to deliver shared priorities and elevate the firm’s voice both internally and externally.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the ESG team to bring the firm’s ESG ambition to life through integrated, brand-aligned marketing content.Support external reporting and promotion of ESG initiatives, milestones, and impact.Ensure ESG messaging is connected to wider corporate narratives and campaigns.Lead marketing support for flagship DE&I campaigns, including International Women’s Day, Pride, and Black History Month.Oversee messaging, campaign development, and global delivery in partnership with relevant internal stakeholders.Develop and promote corporate news, strategic hires, and client stories that support brand visibility and business credibility.Build a consistent drumbeat of corporate storytelling across digital and owned channels.Partner with the Internal Comms BP, Corporate to support the creation and delivery of key internal group campaigns, engagement (events) and group leadership communications.Create engaging internal content that reflects brand tone and supports employee engagement and strategic alignment.Support and maintain content management from Group Service Lines and Regional Heads for Group Chair CommunicationsSupport and maintain Monday.com Group IC planning and timelinesKey Experience Required:Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing and internal communication strategies that align with business objectives and clearly convey complex initiatives.Skilled in engaging senior stakeholders across departments, facilitating workshops, and managing feedback loops with internal and external partners.Experienced in shaping campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, and collaborating with creatives to produce compelling, multi-format content for both internal and external audiences.Strong background in managing campaigns from planning through delivery, including budgets, timelines, and resource coordination using tools like Monday.com.Expertise in crafting communications for culture change and transformation initiatives, with a focus on tone of voice consistency and employee engagement across diverse audiences.Competitive salaryPlease note: this is a Direct Search led by Knight Frank.
