An elite US firm is looking to recruit a corporate associate into its leading London corporate / M&A practice. The corporate partners are looking for a talented, versatile corporate / M&A lawyer, preferably with around 2 years’ PQE (England & Wales qualified) and with broad ranging experience, acting as lead associate, of significant M&A transactions (private and public) and broader corporate work including joint venture and private equity transactions. Candidates will have trained and been retained upon qualification in another leading US or premium UK corporate / M&A practice.
