  • You will work in the Corporate Development, M&A & Strategy team with the aim of growing the firm organically and inorganically via M&A;
  • You will participate in all the key strategic group initiatives and support with screening M&A investment opportunities, completing due diligence and financial modelling and monitoring portfolio of value creation plans (“VCPs“) and data analysis projects,;
  • You will be directly involved in the preparation of presentations and memos with respect to M&A, VCPs, new opportunities, new markets and products for the update and decision making of the Chief Corporate Development Officer as well as other updates, reports needed for the GEB and Supervisory Board with the aim of taking key strategic decisions for the group.
  • You will support in setting-up and updating the firm’s Strategic Plan.

YOUR PROFILE

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Maths or MS in Finance, or a similar discipline with analytical predisposition.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experiences in positions that require analysis and reporting financial results, performing financial and ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools. Beneficial previous experience in Corporate Development, M&A, Strategy or FP&A in Professional Services organizations; Corporate Finance; Investment Banking;
  • Technical skills also include an ability to work with competing priorities & providing level-headed guidance during unexpected events;
  • Experience on using MS Office Suite with advanced MS Excel skills (e.g. index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups, etc);
  • You will have excellent team working and organisational skills combined with the sound judgement to ensure you are able to identify, anticipate and prioritise competing demands;
  • You will have ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
  • You will possess strong technical skills and a high attention to detail
  • You will have strong communication and effective multi-tasking skills;
  • You will have the ability to cooperate with internal stakeholders and senior management, supporting them on analysis for strategic decision-making;
  • Preferred experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools providing solutions based on results of ad hoc analyses to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Beneficial qualifications or in the process of obtaining (e.g. CFA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA);
  • You are open to occasional travelling to our international offices.
