A prestigious US firm, our client is looking to hire a Corporate M&A Associate, with at least 1 year’s PQE (England & Wales qualified), into its London corporate group. This is a growth role and the partners are keen to speak to talented junior corporate lawyers who have had experience working on a broad range of M&A transactions (in particular) and private equity transactions and who have been given responsibility, working directly with partners, in their current roles and are keen to join an elite corporate team where they will be given a breadth of work (not pigeon-holed) and a lot of autonomy, within a supportive, collegiate environment (the firm is very protective of its culture).
