We are working with a corporate team with one of the Leading UK law firms and one of the largest International practices.The team are looking for a Corporate Associate to undertake broad caseload within their London office. The team is undergoing a lot of growth in anticipation of a busy 2025.As an associate, you will undertake a broad range of M&A (Public & Private), PE, Corporate Re-organisations and other forms of corporate matters i.e. VC, ECM etc.This team advises clients in a broad array of sectors including tech, life sciences, natural resources, industrials and more.You will have the opportunity to work within a high-calibre environment, working closely with the Partners and other seniors in the team, as well as supporting in the managing and training of more junior colleagues. This is a growing team with a great deal of opportunity for progression and no glass ceiling.Company:This highly regarded City law firm has experienced considerable growth over the last decade and is considered one of the strongest players in the legal market. Headquartered in London, but considered a strong player on the global stage, you will have an opportunity to work with leading lawyers and on matters nationally and internationally.
