Controller

A full-service experiential marketing agency
in Redmond, WA is looking to add a Controller to their growing company.

This innovative end-to-end marketing
company brings their customers brands to life through custom fabricated exhibits
and displays that engage consumers in both live and virtual settings. Every
project they do is something that has not been done before, and you’ll get the
opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands in the world!

Controller Responsibilities

• Oversee financial
  operations and drive financial strategy on the manufacturing/fabrication floor.
• Manage financial
  reporting, budgeting, cost analysis, and ensure compliance with regulatory
  requirements.
• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of
  A/R, A/P, Payroll, and revenue reporting.
• Lead the
  budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to
  align financial plans with business objectives.
• This role will
  involve overseeing some aspects of human resources.
• Provide strategic
  financial guidance to the executive team and contribute to long-term business
  planning and growth initiatives.

You will be successful in this role if
you have a strong accounting background with leadership experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible day shift
schedule.

Controller Requirements:

• 5+ years of accounting experience within
  a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of leadership experience within
  accounting.
• Strong
  understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Some HR experience is needed for this
  role.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Compensation:

• $130,000-$160,000 annually.
• With annual
  bonus potential.
