Seeking a Contracts Manager for Growing and FUN company in Orlando!*Fully Onsite | $35–$40/hour | Contract to Hire*Tews Company is currently partnering with a respected organization in Orlando to find a Contracts Manager for a fully onsite, long term temp opportunity. This is a critical role within the legal department, supporting cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and executive leadership.They are seeking someone who can confidently own most of the contracts review process—from drafting and redlining to negotiation and renewal—with minimal oversight. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned professional with a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset who is looking for a long-term fit.Compensation:$35–$40/hour (based on experience)Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and edit customer contracts to align with internal policies and risk toleranceManage the full contract lifecycle—from initial negotiation through execution and renewalLead the implementation and integration of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software and internal tracking systemsConduct regular audits of the contract database for accuracy and completenessProvide monthly reporting on contract status and key metricsDevelop and implement improved procedures for contract intake, processing, and trackingSupport the sales team with contract-related needs before and after awardMaintain organizational documentation including licenses, permits, insurance certificates, and related invoices
