Our team is the driving force behind our role as our customers’ personal holiday expert –The smart way to get away.The impact you’ll haveWorking within the Commercial Supply Team and reporting to the Head of Direct Contracting, the Contracts Executive will provide valuable administrative support to a small team of buyers, liaise with overseas suppliers and provide back-up while buyers are away on either business or holiday.Your day-to-day:

• Mailing suppliers for extra inventory – as per bi-weekly Excel Inventory Report

• Mailing suppliers with a resume of their Lost Bookings on a weekly basis

• Sourcing Exclusive offers and keeping Exclusive offer sheet updated on a regular basis

• Assisting with the analysis and resolution of competitive issues as flagged on the twice weekly comparison report

• Identifying and providing a shortlist of outstanding contracts per contractor for the coming season

• Any additional ad hoc administrative tasks and mailing lists as required

Your skillset:

• Excellent administrative skills and a good knowledge of Office and Google

• Attention to detail and good analytical skills

• Good communication skills

Desirable:

• Knowledge and understanding of the overseas travel sector

• Second language Spanish

The interview journey:

• Talent Acquisition Partner screening – 30 mins
• 1st stage video call with Hiring Manager – 45 mins
• Final stage with key stakeholders including a task in office – 1 hour
