Customer Service Advisor
Trafford Park, Manchester
Permanent, full time (Hybrid working – 1 day per week in office)

You will be ensuring that tasks are met within the agreed deadlines and you will work in a fast paced environment updating data whilst also providing the best customer service.What will you do?

• You will update the system ensuring all contracts are updated within the agreed timeline
• You will ensure all the contract notes are updated and processed in the system
• You will work to targets both driven by self and within the team
• You will provide first class customer service

What do you bring?

• You will have experience in either administration or customer service
• You will be an excellent communicator and will build relationships with your team members and with external customers
• You will have great attention to detail and the ability to multi task during busy peak periods
