Dawsongroup is a privately owned group of companies specialising in commercial asset rental and sales, with a network of strategically positioned depots across the UK and Ireland.We are currently seeking a passionate, proactive, and self-motivated Contract Hire Manager to join our truck and trailer division, based at our Head Office in Manchester.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Branch Sales Managers in your region to generate new business sales.
• Identify and secure long-term rental, contract hire, and finance sales of our truck and trailer fleet.
• Set, agree, and deliver area sales objectives through target customer acquisition, individual negotiations, lead conversions, and ongoing performance review.
• Provide regular feedback and market intelligence on customer, competitor, and industry activity.
• Offer innovative ideas to promote the business within your area and beyond.
• Develop and execute action plans to achieve area revenue targets for contract sales.
• Update CRM systems to maintain accurate customer and sales data.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
