Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Join RX Global as a Content & Engagement Lead and become a vital part of our RXUK business unit, working on a portfolio of B2B event expos.
This role is uniquely positioned to support Middle East & Saudi RX events, requiring fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) as a key prerequisite.Responsibilities

• Creating and distributing marketing campaigns and content across multiple channels (website, email, PPC, social and blog).
• Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including those in the Middle East, to deliver projects.
• Playing a key part in visitor and exhibitor lead generation campaign planning and delivery.
• Creating and managing event and onsite social media plans, including liaising with photographers and videographers.
• Optimizing website content for user journeys and SEO optimization.
• Ensuring marketing campaigns are regularly tested for their performance against targets, to refine and drive the future content strategy.
• Translating the brand into the live onsite experience for our customers. This includes collaborating with the wider event teams to support onsite delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) and English. Excellent writing and editing skills in both languages to align with brand voice and tone.
• Demonstrated experience working with social media platforms and creating compelling content for them.
• Ability to build close working relationships with internal teams (across RX Global) and external stakeholders, including those in the Middle East & Saudi markets.
• Strong analytical skills to track data and leverage insights for superior content performance.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, while remaining adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends for innovative content strategy development.
• Prior experience in a matrix-structured organisation is a plus.
