If you have a passion for finding elegant solutions to complex problems and can navigate ambiguous situations with ease, this could be the role for you.Your day-to-day:

• Collaborate with product designers to ensure the right information is delivered to customers at the right time.

• Participate in discovery work to identify user needs and tasks, use content to solve problems and enhance the user experience.

• Review and refine existing content based on data and research.

• Help shape content strategies that balance business goals with user needs.

• Focus on information architecture, ensuring content is clear, digestible, and accurately aligned with our brand’s tone of voice.
• Contribute to, apply and promote our

.Your skillset:

• You have experience contributing to content strategies and documentation, always focusing on outcomes rather than activities.

• You can use insights from data and user research to inform decisions and make meaningful content improvements.

• You excel at presenting information clearly and simplifying complex processes for users.

• You have strong experience in writing, editing and publishing digital content, including using content management systems.

• You have a keen eye for detail and enthusiasm for iterative design processes.

Not necessary but would be desirable to have:

• Visual design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g. Figma)

• Video interview with the Hiring Manager – 45′
• Panel interview, including presentation of your own case studies – 1h
• Final interview with key stakeholders – 45′
