Job Description:Connected Solution TechnicianLocation – HatfieldJob title – Connected Offers Performance & Solution Delivery TechnicianSchneider Electric is looking for a Connected Solution Technician to join our team in Hatfield. This hybrid role offers a blend of technical work, customer interaction, and problem-solving with cutting-edge energy management technologies. If you are IT-savvy, technically skilled, and enjoy collaborating with others, we’d love to hear from you.What you’ll do:

• Guide customers: Help customers navigate technical steps for connected services.
• Analyse data: Use data from connected services to identify potential commercial opportunities.
• Set up and commission services: Work with energy management systems, including setup, remote commissioning, and diagnostics.
• Support colleagues: Provide mentorship and training for best practices in lead generation and connected services.
• Collaborate: Work with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Continually develop: Stay at the forefront of new offers like EV Advisor or cybersecurity audits.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong IT literacy, with knowledge of networks and electrical infrastructure.
• Technical experience in data centres, electrical engineering, or energy management.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers and colleagues.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
• Fluency in European languages is a plus, especially Greek, but not essential.
