Our client is looking for a Configuration Technician to support field services by configuring and imaging desktops, laptops, and network equipment before deployment. This role also involves managing inventory, handling warehouse deliveries, and ensuring equipment is properly prepared for job sites. This is a temporary position located near Clifton Park, NY.Responsibilities of the Configuration Technician will include:

• Configure and image thin clients, desktops, laptops, and network equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and asset tracking.
• Order, organize, and distribute company-approved supplies and equipment.
• Assist with repositioning, loading, and unloading inventory.
• Deliver and pick up materials as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Work under time constraints to meet project deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.

Job RequirementsQualifications of the Configuration Technician:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Clean drivers license/record required.
