Job Requirements:

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Comfortable using kitchen equipment
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach consistently throughout shifts
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Adherence to client grooming, sanitation, and uniform guidelines

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding guest service by warmly welcoming guests and maintaining a positive, engaging attitude throughout each interaction
• Grill, fry and prepare food to meet order demands, following specific recipes and specifications
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) cash registers efficiently and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and safety by following all sanitation guidelines, replenishing condiment dispensers, and keeping all work areas tidy
• Ensure compliance with health and sanitation procedures, including food temperature management and product rotation
