Meta is seeking a Compensation Analyst with demonstrated analytical and operational experience to support the delivery of offers and the preparation of audits/reports related to new hire compensation.Compensation Partner, Global Hiring ResponsibilitiesFoster cross-functional partnership with Meta recruiting teamsWork with recruiting and/or leaders to develop offersApply your experience in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, and execute our business decisionsBuild and maintain reports/metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reportedObtain a thorough understanding of our data sources and collection methodsDevelop compensation models and conduct statistical analysisAnalyze trends in compensation and build intelligence through reportingWork with large amounts of data and build mechanisms to streamline processesMinimum Qualifications4+ years of experience in compensation, recruiting, consulting, finance, or a similarly applicable fieldExperience in Excel, including experience building analyses and modelsProject management experiencePreferred QualificationsBS/BA in Economics, Finance, HR, or related disciplineFor those who live in or expect to work from California if hired for this position, please click for additional information.LocationsAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
