Bénédicte worked 10 years at Orange before joining Qonto. She has experienced different kinds of HR roles & positions (HRBP, Human Resources Director) and has worked on several additional topics (such as mergers and acquisitions & organizational changes)She joined Qonto in 2022 as Head of People Development and is currently leading a team of 15+ People (People Business partners, Talent & Learning Program managers, Compensation and benefits manager) across all our European markets (🇫🇷🇩🇪🇮🇹🇪🇸🇷🇸)
