To this end, NHS Scotland welcomes applications from all sections of society.An experienced secretary is required to provide a high quality, comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Community rehabilitation team, Department of Physiotherapy, Kings Cross Health and Community Care Centre.You should possess good organisational and I.T. skills and have the ability to prioritise your own workload. The role will include coordinating information for enhanced community support project for the multidisciplinary team meetings. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work on your own as well as working closely with clinical staff. You will have the ability to work to tight timescales. Knowledge of Trakcare/Morse would be an advantage but full training will be provided.If you require more information and/or an informal visit to meet us, please contact Lesley Morris, Admin Services Manager on 32319 or email lesley.morris2@nhs.scotYou will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.Hours of work are: 24NHS Scotland is reducing their full time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024 but with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff. This advert and any subsequent offer/contract of employment therefore reflects the new working hours. However, as not all service areas will be able to adopt the 37 hour working week immediately from 1 April 2024, you may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period for which you would be paid until the service you are working in changes rosters or working patterns to accommodate the new reduced working week.
