An emerging crypto gambling platform offering online casinos, original games, sportsbooks, and virtual sports.Role Description:
As the first marketing hire and reporting to the CEO, you will play a critical role in the successful launch of the platform by driving brand awareness, fostering online communities (Discord, Telegram, Reddit), and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.This is a full-time onsite position in Dubai, UAE, with an attractive monthly salary and relocation assistance provided. - Developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Overseeing the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, social media, and performance marketing.
- Monitoring community sentiment and reporting insights to inform marketing and product decisions.
- Building and nurturing an engaged online community across social media platforms, streaming networks, and other relevant channels.
- Developing strategies to grow and retain our communities while fostering a positive brand image.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a community management or marketing-related role.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a high-growth environment. * Experience building and managing online communities, with a passion for fostering meaningful connections.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and leverage metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Creativity and innovation in marketing strategies and execution.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or iGaming sectors.
- Familiarity with global marketing strategies and multi-territory campaign management.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or LookerBI.
