The post will be based at Wedderburn House.You will be part of a team that supports adults with a learning disability with the aim of reducing health inequalities and optimising physical and mental health.Along with holding a caseload, the successful candidate must demonstrate continuous professional development, and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
