The Role & Key ResponsibilitiesJob Title: Communications & Change AdvisorLocation: Peterborough (Hybrid – One to two days in the office per week)Are you interested in implementing effective business change? In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring employees understand, embrace, and adopt change effectively.As part of our Project Enterprise team, you’ll develop clear, impactful communication strategies, support change management initiatives, and work closely with senior leaders, project teams, and employees to engage.   • Develop and implement communication strategies to support change initiatives, ensuring messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with business goals.
  • Create and deliver engaging content across multiple channels, including emails, newsletters, presentations, intranet updates, and town halls.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, project teams, and employees, to ensure smooth adoption of change initiatives.
  • Provide change management guidance, guiding teams through transitions using industry-recognised frameworks like Prosci and ADKAR.
  • Monitor and assess change readiness, identifying risks and resistance points while developing plans to address them.
  • Support training and engagement activities, ensuring employees understand the impact of changes and are equipped to adopt new ways of working.
  • Gather and analyse feedback to measure the effectiveness of communication and change efforts, making data-driven improvements.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, refining communication and change management approaches to enhance future initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proficiency in communications, change management, or organisational development, with a comprehensive understanding of business change principles.
  • Knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci (ADKAR), Kotter’s Change Model, or similar methodologies.
  • Skilled written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging at all levels, from frontline employees to senior leadership.
  • Experience developing and delivering communication strategies across multiple channels, including email, presentations, intranet, and live events.
  • Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data to assess change readiness, track engagement, and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
  • Experience in training and facilitation, supporting teams and leaders in navigating change and adopting new ways of working.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, such as MS Office, Viva Engage (Yammer), SharePoint, and project collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work in an evolving environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • An innovative and change-oriented mindset, with a motivation to deliver meaningful change and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to travel to various UK and European sites from time-to-time.

LocationHybrid, a mix of office and homeworking. This role will be based at our Peterborough offices on the Lynchwood Business Park. The office has recently been renovated and along with a modern work environment has great public transport links, free onsite parking, free drink facilities, free lunch option each day and a great team culture.
