If you’re passionate about food and eager to grow in a fast-paced kitchen, this KP/Commis Chef role could be the perfect fit!As a KP/Commis Chef at Brambles, you’ll play a crucial role in meal prep and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Your support will ensure smooth kitchen operations and help deliver the top-notch food experience that keeps customers coming back. From assisting with meal prep and washing cookware to plating and maintaining sanitation, every task you handle contributes to Brambles’ reputation for quality.Imagine working in the heart of picturesque Inveraray, surrounded by stunning Argyll landscapes, while gaining valuable culinary experience. Responsibilities:

• Assist with food prep as needed
• Wash and maintain cookware, utensils, and cutlery
• Plate meal items and ensure dishes are presentation-ready
• Follow health and safety guidelines, keeping work areas clean and organized
• Maintain storage areas, take out rubbish, and keep floors clean and safe

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior kitchen experience is required
• Fast learner with a passion for kitchen work
• Knowledge of food, health, and safety regulations
• Available for weekends and holiday shifts
• Culinary certification is a plus
