Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, and technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, we empower you to shape a brighter way forward so you can thrive professionally and personally.What this job involves:Our graduate programme will provide you with first-hand experience while working towards a professional qualification.You’ll join us on a 2-to-2.5-year trainee programme, working towards Commercial / General Practice Chartered Surveyor status with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).If you do not have an RICS accredited Real Estate degree, then you will need to complete a Master’s degree in Real Estate as part of the programme as well.Anyone with a degree can join this programme, irrespective of degree discipline, as we’re focused on training you to becoming a qualified and well-rounded professional.You’ll rotate around the business with a focus on commercial and corporate properties, such as office spaces and retail stores. Possible rotations could include Valuation, Agency, Capital Markets, Property & Asset Management, Residential, Work Dynamics, and Consulting.What your day-to-day will look like:You’ll get involved in real work from day one that will help clients achieve their ambitions. You will be designated a mentor who will support you throughout the programmeDress for your day – Each day will be different, so we trust you to dress according to what you’re doing.
