We have a location-based compensation structure. Salaries are calculated based on county of residence. The full hourly rate range across all states we hire in is: $24.75 – $30.29. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 7% of eligible pay.
