Commercial Real Estate ParalegalLarbey Evans is working with a prestigious London law firm to hire an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal on an initial 6-12 month fixed-term contract.
- Salary to £32,000
- 6-12 month fixed-term contract
- Standard hours and hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home)

This role offers outstanding exposure to high-value transactions and a wide range of commercial real estate matters, working alongside one of the firm’s most renowned and successful departments in London.Commercial Real Estate Paralegal Key Responsibilities:
- Case administration and document management
- Preparing draft contracts and leases and exchanging contracts
- Preparing completion statements and handling completions
- Preparing Land Registry forms
- Proof reading, copy checking, indexing, archiving, and filing
- Typing of own correspondence and bills
Commercial Real Estate Paralegal Skills & Requirements:
- Must have previous Paralegal experience within Real Estate
- Educated to degree level or relevant Paralegal / CILEx experience
