A leading international firm, our client would like to hire an associate into its real estate disputes practice, preferably with at least 1PQE from another well-regarded real estate disputes practice although the partners will also consider more recently qualified commercial property litigators who have had a good range of pre-qualification real estate disputes experience. The new associate in this role will be able to work on a wide range of matters including Landlord & Tenant, freehold and development issues and disputes, and will be given as much responsibility as they are able to handle, under the mentorship of a partner. Alongside fee-earning, the new associate will be fully involved, alongside the rest of the team, in business development and marketing the real estate disputes practice.
