This role requires a strong focus on data analytics to provide recommendations and solutions to our broking teams which improve compliance and efficiency.Working within the Quality Control team, the Quality Control Manager will collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the Sales and Underwriting Teams to utilize data to identify improvement areas and learning opportunities, formulate solutions to address performance gaps, orchestrate resources to elevate always-on team learning and performance, measure the progress of improvement initiatives, and provide timely reports to our Leadership Team.Reporting to the Team Lead of Quality Control, the Quality Control Manager will contribute their subject matter expertise to the maintenance, improvement and enforcement of audit standards applied throughout our broking team. \nResponsibilities:
