Currently, we’re seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner for Marketing to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting our Marketing division. This role is based at our Burton Head Office, with two days a week in the office.You’ll support the Senior Finance Manager – Marketing and make an impact in the fast-paced world of Marketing. Use your financial expertise to analyse scenarios, forecast outcomes, and delve into details to identify trends that add significant value to our business.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage budgets, understand key drivers, and confidently challenge stakeholders as needed.
• Build and nurture relationships with the Marketing senior leadership teams, providing comprehensive support with brand performance and essential analysis.
• Examine cost lines deeply, identifying opportunities and understanding associated risks.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the wider finance function, contributing ideas for continuous improvement and positive change.

About You:

• Qualified accountant, either newly qualified or with working experience.
• Clear and considered communicator, skilled at simplifying complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven experience in managing commercial conversations and understanding sales functions.
• Adept at challenging assumptions and influencing at all levels, with a strong track record of explaining business case outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to add value to a business, whether through financial gains or process improvements.
• Experience with SAP or general BI tools is desirable.
