Do you have a commercial mind-set with the ability to create and execute strategies? Do you have an interest in or experience of working in the equine or pet wellness/supplement industry?If so, we have an opportunity for you as a Commercial Director for our Global Supplements business, responsible for increasing revenue and growing market presence across all sales channels with a particular focus on the German market.What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies and partnerships to reach business goals
• Leading the sales team with clear and objective goals
• Build and maintain key customer and partnership relationships to elevate business growth
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Analysing sales performance data, creating actionable insights and reports

What you’ll bring:

• A solid background in directing productive sales teams and facilitating revenue growth
• Experience in creating and executing strategies that align with business goals
• Proficiency in analysing sales and marketing data to inform strategies and measure performance
• Proficient ability to build and maintain partnerships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders
• English and German speaking language skills
