As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention for our small and mid-size corporate customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, acquire new customers, and maximize revenue from existing accounts.1. Sales Strategy and Execution:Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand the commercial/SMB customer baseCollaborate with account specialists, solution consultants, product specialists, and marketing teams to create effective sales and renewal strategiesAct as a customer advocate within the companyMeet or exceed established goals, KPIs, and performance metrics2. Customer Acquisition and Growth:Drive new customer acquisition through strategic sales initiativesIdentify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities within assigned territory or market segmentUpsell and cross-sell to existing customers to maximize revenue3. Customer Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issuesFoster strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholdersEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyaltyCollaborate with the customer success team for smooth onboarding and continued customer success4. Customer Engagement:Lead customer meetings and develop presentations for complex sales opportunitiesUnderstand customer business needs and challengesPresent tailored solutions demonstrating how our products solve specific problemsConduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment with customer goals5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:Work closely with solution consultants to develop tailored solutionsCoordinate with professional services for timely implementationPartner with Partnerships & Alliances team for growth and strategic account planningProvide customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategiesAbout You
You’re a fit for the role of Commercial Account Manager if you have:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field3+ years of experience in account management or sales in the software/technology industryProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong understanding of AI and software technology products and servicesExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability in solution selling and strategic account planningExperience with CRM systems and sales analytics toolsPreferred Qualifications:MBA or relevant advanced degreeExperience in AI or machine learning industryProven success in managing enterprise-level accountsTrack record of developing and nurturing partner relationshipsKey Success Measures:Sales performance (quota achievement, revenue growth, win rate)Customer relationship management (satisfaction scores, retention rates, NPS)Operational efficiency (productivity, forecast accuracy, pipeline coverage)#LI-AB1What’s in it For You?Join us to inform the way forward with the latest AI solutions and address real-world challenges in legal, tax, compliance, and news.
