We’re hiring now for CNC Machinist in La Verkin, UTWhat we offerWeekly pay of $18-30 per hour – Depending on experience!Direct deposit & debit card payment optionsHealth, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance offeredGet weekends offWeekly PayOvertime availableCNC Machinist Tasks & Duties (What you’ll do)Perform proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories to be used on projectsQuickly and accurately set up assigned machines to support the scheduledOperate and maintain all assigned machinesPerform advanced retooling when requiredPrepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etcUnderstand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, etcTranslate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct functionSupervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better resultInspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properlyCNC Machinist Shift InfoNight Shift = 6:00pm – 3:00amMonday – FridayCNC Machinist Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)CNC Machinist experience preferredProven experience/education as CNC operatorTraining availableSkill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement toolsAbility to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawingsComputer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAMMechanical aptitude and good math skillsGood communication skillsGED / High School DiplomaAble to pass a pre-employment drug screenAble to pass a background checkAble to work in the USApply today, CNC Machinist – Looking to be a part of a great team? near Saint George, UT, 84770About Ascend StaffingAscend Staffing has been connecting great people with real opportunities for over 50 years.
