We’re now hiring immediately for our 2nd shift CNC Machine Operator position in Spencer, IA.What We OfferWeekly Pay of $19.00 per hourDirect deposit & debit card payment optionsHealth, vision, dental, life, and disability insuranceGet weekends offOvertime availableTraining providedTemp-to-hire opportunityCNC Machinist Tasks & Duties (What You’ll Do)Utilize SPC methods to produce and continually improve parts produced on all machinesUnderstand blueprints specificationsUnderstand and follow work instructionsDocument dimensional information accuratelyDocument daily production levels accuratelyComplete all necessary documentation in a timely mannerResponsible for loading parts, proving out CNC programs, operating controls, setting offsets, simple edits, deburring, and inspections of quality partsInterprets drawings, manuals, and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequences of operations, etc.Responsible for keeping equipment, tooling, gages, and work area clean and orderlyPerform preventative maintenance functions on equipment as requiredCNC Machinist Shift InfoNight Shift, 4:30PM – 2:30AMMonday – ThursdayOT as required on FridaysCNC Machinist Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)Manufacturing experienceBasic reading, writing, and math skillsForklift experienceAbility to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for majority of the shift
