A metal manufacturing company in Burleson is adding an experienced Laser, Mazak and or Plasma CNC Machine Operator to their team! This company was founded in 1951 and over the decades, they have expanded through machining, fabrication, forging, casting, and powdered metal technology. They manufacture and supply power transmission components, industrial hand tools, and material handling products.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with other tenured maintenance teams to understand processes and procedures.?

CNC Machine Operator Job Duties:

• Setting Up and Operating CNC Machines
• Operate/set up machines and perform progressive matching operations on work involving very close tolerance
• Read program codes and understand the order of operations needed to obtain quality parts
• Meet production standards set for parts being machined or determine and communicate reasons for not meeting standards

Schedule: Monday – Friday 1st Shift 7:00 am – 3:00pm

Pay: $20.00 – $ 23.00/hr.

CNC Machine Operator Requirements:

• At least 2 years of Laser, Mazak, or Plasma CNC machine operation experience
• Basic experience using blueprints to program CNC machine
• Comfortable using tools such as drill press, and vertical or horizontal cut off saw
• Experience in providing thorough quality inspection, controls, and instrument
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs
