Description of the role:We are currently seeking reliable and empathetic CNAs and HHAs to join our team at Home Health Works. This is an immediate hiring opportunity with full-time hours available in Saint Petersburg.Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to patients in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and medication reminders
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the appropriate medical professionals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care activities

Requirements:

• Current CNA or HHA certification
• Experience in a similar role
• Own vehicle, valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients and their families
• Excellent work ethic
