If you’re a dedicated pharmacy professional seeking your next career opportunity in a rewarding, rural healthcare setting, this opportunity is calling your name!Assignment Overview:Position: Pharmacist – Hospital SettingLocation: Near Valentine, NESchedule: 5x8s – Full-time, 40 hours/weekSetting: Critical Access HospitalJob Description:Accurately prepare and dispense medications in accordance with physician orders and regulatory guidelinesProvide drug information and support to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionalsEnsure proper storage and handling of pharmaceuticalsMonitor patient medication therapies and assess for drug interactions or contraindicationsMaintain accurate records of medications and controlled substancesCollaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomesQualifications:Active Pharmacist license in Nebraska (or eligibility to obtain)Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy (PharmD or equivalent)Minimum of 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience preferredStrong clinical knowledge and attention to detailExcellent communication and problem-solving skills
