ProblemShared is seeking an experienced clinician to join our Clinical Intaketeam. We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to work in a high-performance team at a scaling health technology company and have responsibility for driving our business growth from day one. Our digital journeys are right at the heart of what we do and our goal is to offer seamless digital experiences to support exceptional healthcare.The team is responsible for assessing the initial presentation of all clients and determining their suitability for assessment and support via our NICE complaint remote pathway. An important component of the intake process is to assess mental health risk.We offer comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessment and post diagnostic support toa range of clients including the NHS and major health insurers.Main duties of the jobThe role is ideal for health professionals with a minimum of 4 years clinical experience, which must include experience of Mental Health risk assessment.This is a role for a motivated, enthusiastic Digital Healthcare Team Leader. You will oversee and manage a team of clinicians and will be supported by a clinical lead.
